Keep the subject easy to read
Prefer one dog with the face, body and paws visible, even lighting and enough room around the outline. Heavy blur, overlapping pets, text across the face and tight crops make the intended subject harder to judge.
Resolve upload problems first
Check the actual file type and size, not just its filename. If a phone photo is HEIC, export a JPG, PNG or WEBP copy before uploading. Reduce a file larger than 10 MB using an image editor you trust.
Understand storage and the sample
Your uploaded image is stored with your account’s task and sent to our video-generation provider when you generate. Use the built-in sample if you do not want to upload your own image. Read the privacy notice before submitting.

Questions, answered
Can I upload HEIC or a video?
No. This upload accepts a single JPG, PNG or WEBP image up to 10 MB.
Does a better photo guarantee a better video?
No. A clear photo is a useful starting point, not a guarantee. AI can change details or produce awkward movement even with good input.
Can I try without uploading my own dog?
Yes. Choose the supplied sample photo in the studio.
