Service and support

PawGroove is an independently operated dog-photo video project. Contact the project operator at u5196173364@gmail.com for service and purchase questions.

The current templates are Dog + Backup Dancers, I Wanna Love You and Halloween Zombie. They generate synthetic scenes from your selected dog photo. A template describes a creative theme; it does not guarantee an exact choreography, likeness or endorsement by an artist or platform. Historical simulated results are labelled as samples.

New videos target about ten seconds in vertical MP4 format. Accounts without an eligible paid order receive 480p previews; accounts with an eligible paid order receive 720p for new tasks. Actual dimensions and duration can vary slightly. You can choose an original instrumental track or silent output. Generated anatomy, motion and appearance may contain mistakes.

Accounts and free trials

Use information you are authorized to provide and keep your credentials private. When required, verify your email before submitting a generation. Do not automate account creation or bypass trial restrictions.

Eligible new accounts receive ten welcome credits for one task. Network limits and the service's daily grant cap can mean a new account receives no free credits. Shared networks may share this limit. Existing balances are not reset by signing in again. Contact support if a legitimate account is affected.

Each new task costs ten credits. A task marked failed returns its consumed credits once. Revisiting or downloading a completed task does not create another generation. Pending or uncertain supplier submissions may take longer while their status is checked; do not submit duplicates to force a retry.

Credit packs and purchases

The advertised one-time packs are Starter ($4.99, 50 credits, up to five tasks) and Creator ($9.99, 120 credits, up to twelve tasks). Check the price, currency and provider shown at checkout before purchasing. Purchases are available only when a payment method is enabled; if checkout is unavailable, no purchase is completed. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred between accounts.

A completed generation uses its credits even if the creative result does not match your aesthetic expectations. For missing deliveries, duplicate charges or a defective purchase, contact support with the order reference. Technical-failure credit compensation is separate from a payment refund. Any refund request is reviewed against the actual order and applicable consumer rights; these terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your photos, videos and music

You retain rights you already have in your photo and permit its storage and processing to provide the requested service. Only upload material you own or are authorized to use. Follow the Privacy Notice and Acceptable Use Policy.

PawGroove's original instrumental tracks may be used as part of the video they accompany, including sharing and monetizing that video on social media. Do not extract or distribute a track separately. This permission does not cover audio in historical videos created before October 25, 2026. If you add third-party music, obtain the relevant permissions and follow the destination platform's rules.

We do not grant exclusive rights in AI output or rights to third-party material. Generated scenes should not be presented as evidence of real events.

Availability and storage

The service may be interrupted or changed while problems are resolved. Completion time and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Keep your own downloaded copies. Studio deletion hides the task and requests storage cleanup; failed cleanup is retried, and a shared input photo remains while another task still uses it.

Contact the operator for access, account deletion and unresolved delivery issues. These terms will be updated as the actual service changes.
